Can the menu fit dietary needs?
Share allergies, vegetarian preferences, and other dietary needs in the planner. Sam confirms which requests can be accommodated and any changes to the quote.
How far ahead should I plan?
Allow at least 10 days for events, or 30 days for groups over 75. Short-notice requests depend on Sam’s availability and may carry a rush charge.
What if I just need the food?
Choose pickup or delivery in the catering planner, or build a smaller gathering from prepared pans.

These are proposed combinations using Sam’s guide prices. Holiday menus include a 25% premium. Market-priced proteins and special requests need a quote. Thanksgiving week is limited to Soul Food pans; availability and order deadlines require confirmation.

Groups over 24 adults add a second chef and grill for $300. The planner includes this automatically.
Can I request premium proteins?
Filet, scallops, or lobster add approximately $15–$25 per guest. Sam quotes the exact selection; the planner flags these items for confirmation.
What about travel or children?
Travel beyond 25 miles is $2 per extra mile each way. Share any children in your notes so Sam can confirm their pricing.
